Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using ConvIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of service

ConvIQ is a Shopify app that analyzes your store's conversion metrics and generates recommendations to improve your conversion rate. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve without notice.

3. Account and access

Access to ConvIQ requires an active Shopify account. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities associated with it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans and billing

ConvIQ offers three paid plans, each including a 14-day free trial with no credit card required:

• Starter plan ($9/month): up to 5,000 sessions/month, unlimited insights, 20 detection rules.
• Pro plan ($29/month): up to 30,000 sessions/month, unlimited insights, 75 detection rules, email digest report, product performance.
• Growth plan ($99/month): up to 150,000 sessions/month, unlimited insights, 75 detection rules, email digest report, product performance.

Prices are in USD excluding applicable taxes. Billing is monthly via Shopify Billing. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Shopify admin. No refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.

If the monthly session quota is exceeded, tracking is suspended until the 1st of the following month. An email alert is sent at 80% of the quota.

5. Intellectual property

ConvIQ and all its content (algorithms, interface, trademarks) are the exclusive property of ConvIQ SAS. You obtain a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the service. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited.

Your store data remains your property. You grant us a license to process it solely for the purpose of providing you with the service.

6. Limitation of liability

ConvIQ provides recommendations based on data analysis. These recommendations are indicative and do not constitute guarantees of results. ConvIQ cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on these recommendations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConvIQ's total liability is limited to amounts paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Shopify admin panel. ConvIQ may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms, with prior notice except in case of serious violation.

8. Modifications to Terms

ConvIQ may modify these Terms. In case of material changes, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless any legal provision to the contrary applies to consumers.
